Wine and windmills from Campo de Criptana
Day 1:
• 11.00 am: Guided tour of BODEGAS CASTIBLANQUE. The winery still has its original structure and is a fine example of traditional Manchego architecture. We will tour the winery and find out about every step in the wine making process first hand. During the visit we will be tasting some of the winery’s wines and will be introduced to matching wines with appetizers from La Mancha; and we will also receive a gift of a pack of the winery’s wines.
• 13:00 pm: We will then visit the famous windmills in the mountains which served as the inspiration for Cervantes’ masterpiece “Don Quixote de La Mancha”.
• 14:00 pm: Divinum Vitae lunch in a well-known, traditional local restaurant, Las Musas. The lunch will be accompanied by wine from the winery we have just visited.
• Accommodation is in the 3 star rural hotel "La Casa de los Tres Cielos", an ancient rural house, which has been restored and converted into a hotel, while maintaining a pure “Manchego” style, with double rooms equipped with all facilities, in the lovely town of Campo de Criptana
Day 2:
• Breakfast and check-out

- Visit to one of the Windmills
- Lunch on the first day at a restaurant in Campo de Criptana
- 1 night’s accommodation in a double bedroom at the 3* Rural Hotel, La Casa de los Tres Cielos
