Relaxation and Vinotherapy week-end
Get away from it all for an unforgettable experience enjoying accommodation with a spa circuit and a Gonzalez Byass winery (Finca Constancia).
Day 1:
• Check-in and accommodation at the 4 star La Salve hotel-spa (Torrijos, Toledo).
This small hotel in the town of Torrijos combines the traditional architecture of Toledo with contemporary style. This is a delightful place to stay which will enable you to switch off completely. The hotel offers you the possibility to enjoy a one hour spa circuit for two people in private. In addition, if you wish, you can also enjoy one of the spa’s body treatments, which will ensure that you disconnect from your everyday routine and forget your accumulated stress.
Day 2:
• Breakfast in the hotel
• 11.00 am: Guided tour of the FINCA CONSTANCIA ( González Byass) winery
In the beautiful Toledo town of Otero, the González family has built a winery which is now owned by the fifth generation of the family, demonstrating the continuing commitment of González Byass to finding land on which to implement their knowledge of vines and wine making, and to building a presence in all the most important denominations of origin in Spain.
The family is well aware of the rich experiences offered by wine-tourism (through their Tío Pepe wineries in Jerez) and is therefore also opening its doors to welcome visitors to its vineyards and superb installations in Otero. Gonzalo Tello’s design for the 230 hectare property has taken the utmost care of even the smallest detail.
We will enjoy a visit to this ambitious winery, which will end with a wine tasting accompanied by a selection of snacks: Iberian ham, Iberian pork loin, potato crisps, cured cheese and crunchy bread sticks.
Day 3:
• Breakfast and check-out
