We consider this wine as a select signature wine due to its low limited production. This wine has been meticulously and caringly controlled from its origin, the vine, to its destiny, your glass.
Crianza: After being pressed, the wine is stored in 500 liters American oak barrels, where it remains for another year. It is then bottled and after several months, the balanced structure of the wine is achieved.
Analysis and characteristics: 13 % Vol.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red in colour with hints of violet. Complex aroma. Dark fruit and spicy, a reminder that good quality oak has been used. Complex, well structured and rich in flavor. Persistent aftertaste.
