Intense cherry red coloured wine with
cherry, bramble fruit and plum aromas
and a smooth, well balanced palate.
This wine combines high fruit content
with an organic complexity of coffee
and caramel and a pleasant,
lingering finish.

Process: Crops picked from own harvest at low temperatures. Controlled
fermenting process
Serving Suggestion: Serve between 14 - 16°C.
