Rich, intense ruby coloured wine with
a rich mixed berry aroma and smooth
palate. A good, very fruity wine with
good tannic structure and a pleasant,
lingering aftertaste.
Variety: Syrah
Process: Crops picked from own harvest at low temperatures. This
wine undergoes a controlled fermenting process at 14-16ºc.
Serving Suggestion: Serve between 14 - 16°C.
Origin / DO: VDT Castilla.
