Intense cherry red coloured wine with
an aroma reminiscent of fresh green
peppercorns, together with black cherry
and bramble jam. Smooth palate and
well structured with a pleasant,
lingering aftertaste.
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
Process: This wine undergoes a criomaceration process, followed by
controlled fermenting.
Serving Suggestion: Serve between 14 - 16 °C.
