Wine Tasting Note: Straw yellow
coloured with a golden hint. This wine
has an aroma of a fresh fruit cocktail,
pineapple, pear and apple with a subtle
hint of toasted cocoa and vanilla due
to the time spent in barrel.
A medium bodied, zingy wine,
fresh and well balanced which
lives up to its fruity aroma.
Variety: Coupage of various white wine grapes, predominately
Chardonnay.
Process: Crops picked from own harvest at low temperatures.
Maceration at 14ºc previous to fermenting process.
Serving Suggestion: Open 15 minutes before serving. Best served
chilled, between 8ºc and 10ºc.
