Mouth: Full and flavourful releasing youth as is goes through.
Pleasant tannins with balanced acidity. Pleasant and long finish of fresh varietal aromas.
Serving temperature: 15º-18 C.
Food pairing: To be enjoyed without food at any time. Good companion for light meals, pasta and rice dishes as well as grilled meats and seafood. Perfect with salads and fresh cheeses.
Alcohol Content: 13%
Ageing: Young red wine.
Winemaking: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 27 ºC with selected yeast. Total maceration between 25 and 28 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Total Acidity: 5, 70 gr/l.
