VINTAGE
In mid-April, in the midst of a rainy spring, the stems uniform cabernet sauvignon. The hot and dry summer goes on as usual, to reach the fullness of the maturation at the end of September.
TASTING
In the light-show ripe cherry with violet trimmings. Clean, brilliant and glyceric. The aromas are dominated by ripe plums, spices as black pepper and cloves. Flavor is fresh, mineral and fleshy. Elegant, balanced between acidity, tannins and alcohol. The aftertaste is long and mineral.
CRIANZA IN OAK
Tracicional fermentation at controlled temperatures. Maceration for 21 days. Undergo a raising of 7 months in new American of fine grain.
BOTTLING
It is bottled in December 2005 without filtering and without stabilizing, so that it might present sediments in 2009 and decanting would be advisable for consumption. The numbers of bottles was 70.000 of 0,75 L with natural cork of 49 mm.
