Wine produced from mostly with Syrah, grape of uncertain origin, is able to adapt both to areas where the Mediterranean dry weather predominates and clay and chalky soils. These two features can be found in our vineyards.

File tasting.-
Ripe red cherry-ruby, very covered. Delicate smoked and balsamic aroma. In mouth it is juicy with soft tannins but well marked.
We recommend to decant and to be served between 12-14o and to conserve in constant conditions of temperature and humidity and no light. To consume in 5-6 years

This wine is fermented in 500 liters oak barrels. The grape pulp is manually stirred every day as in the traditional method.

Included amongst the current objectives of the winery is to obtain the designation of Vinos de Pago (Estate bottled wines) and offer tourist activities such as guided tours of the winery and vineyards, commented tasting sessions or restaurant service.
