Scheduled Routes

•    Rural accommodation in the Casas del Vino: rural apartments beside the main square of Chinchilla de Montearagón. The apartments are equipped with all of the mod cons for a marvellous stay in the heart of this town, which was declared a site of historic interest as it is a medieval treasure that remains practically intact.

•    Breakfast from 9.00 am at the Casino de Chinchilla, in the main square.

•    11.00 am: Guided tour of BODEGA LOS ALJIBES. It is a winery that is located within the Los Aljibes estate, surrounded by 178 hectares of own vineyards at a privileged height of almost 1,000 metres. 

The eye-catching typical Manchegan design of the winery along with the herd of pure bred Spanish horses and the variety of species that can be seen there (hares, rabbits or red-legged partridges) make the Los Aljibes estate an ideal location to enjoy an unforgettable day.

The visit to the winery includes a tour and explanation of the complete wine production process. A tour shall also be made of the vineyards on horse carriage.  

•    2.30 pm: Lunch at Dalia, a restaurant well known for its typical Manchegan food and its location and views over the main square of Chinchilla. Wines from the La Bodega Los Aljibes winery shall accompany the Divinum Vitae Menu.

•    Breakfast from 9.00 am at the Casino de Chinchilla, in the main square, followed by check-out
