Wineries

 Los Aljibes State is a family project that was born with a deep respect for nature, it’s life and environment. Los Aljibes Winery is part of this project, located in the Chinchilla de Montearagon district of Albacete, in the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla wine producing region.

Los Aljibes is focused on creating functional, modern wines of high expression and was designed for this purpose in an architectural complex of refined culture. The winery building follows La Mancha architecture style. The different buildings surround a patio that illuminates the area. Rooms are furnished with restored antiques, creating a captivating ambience suitable for events from meetings to wine-tasting courses to be held in Los Aljibes. The winery balcony affords breathtaking views of the estate’s grounds and vineyards.

The estate has a total of 900 hectares, there are 200 hectares of scrubland shelters varied animal and vegetable ecosystems, ideal for hiking and sighting indigenous species such as the hare, the rabbit and the red partridge; 178 hectares of vineyards, 50 of olives, of which the exclusive Los Aljibes Olive Oil is obtained, and the remaining area dedicated to cereal. The farm is a superb environment for breeding Pureblood Spanish Horses. Here, you can admire or purchase an exceptional example of the Spanish Horse. The horses accentuate the farm’s natural beauty and allow the visitor to tour the vineyards, at an agreeable ride, in a horse drawn carriage.

Finca Los Aljibes has the capacity and technology to manufacture three profiles of different wines. Each of them has a striking personality: Viña Aljibes, Aljibes and Selectus, perfect choices for different consumers, tastes, moments,  occasions and budgets.
