Color: Clean and intense with intense ripe cherry color.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity releasing notes of spicy pepper, wood, coconut and moderately tasted vanilla.
Mouth: Well balanced and round with hints of oak and orange rind. Pleasant silky, well-integrated tannins.
Serving temperature: 18º-20ºC.
Food Fairing: Excellent with lamb and beef roasts. Good companion for your savory and hard cheese selection.
Alcohol Content: 13%.
Ageing: 9 months in American oak ( Light toast, 100% second year).
Winemaking: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 27º C with natural yeast. Induced malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels followed by 9 months of aging.
Total Acidity: 5, 20 gr/l.
Ph: 3, 50.
