Originated from the elaboration of the variety CENCIBEL or TEMPRANILLO following a prolonged maceration by the traditional system.
To look at, the wine is a cherry colour with violet tones. A clean intense aroma which is mixed with mature fruit and light touches of woodland berries.
On the palate the wine is smooth and round with a fruity character maintaining a perfect balance.
Medium term consumption. Serve at 15-18ºC
