This intriguing wine recalls the tasting notes of a Bordeaux and has all of the strength and personality of Mediterranean wines.
VINIFICATION: The grapes of this wine have gone through a triple selection process. Each variety is vinified separately.
AGEING: 9 months in American and French oak barrels and for 3 months in French oak vats of 10.000 litres.
TASTING: an attractive wine with deep cherry colour, a delicious bouquet of ripe red fruit and spices and a full-bodied palate with hints of chocolate supported by a good tannic structure.
FOOD PAIRING: Game, red meat.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15º-17º C
