Rich dark red coloured wine with
blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant aroma, together with vanilla and smoke due to ageing in barrel. Velvety and silky. This is a wine with character.
It should be left to air for a few minutes before serving to appreciate its aniseed notes.
Variety: Syrah
Process: Grapes picked from own harvest at low temperatures.
This wine undergoes a criomaceration process previous to fermenting at 22ºc. Aged for three months in French, Romanian and American oak barrels.
Serving Suggestion: Open 15 minutes before serving. Best served
between 14 -16ºc.
