Rich dark red coloured wine. This
has a plummy aroma with a delicate,
elegant oak bouquet. A delicately
structured wine, with a good, smooth
finish and a lingering aftertaste.
Variety: Coupage of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Process: Grapes picked at low temperatures from own crops. This
wine undergoes a criomaceration process previous to fermenting
at 22ºc. Aged for three months in French, Romanian and American
oak barrels.
Serving Suggestion: Open 15 minutes before serving. Serve
between 14-16 ºC.
